Website information, the Human Constraint Audit, Mapping materials and general resources are provided for business, leadership and performance-development purposes. They are not medical diagnosis, mental-health diagnosis or medical treatment.
No guaranteed outcome
Human behaviour and organisational performance depend on context, participation, implementation and other factors. No specific commercial, behavioural or organisational result is guaranteed.
Audit and Mapping limitations
The Human Constraint Audit is a screening tool. A Human Constraint Map is a working explanation designed to organise observable behaviour, context and a testable hypothesis. Neither establishes a medical or psychological diagnosis or proves a single cause.
Professional judgement and organisational responsibility
Clients remain responsible for workplace decisions, employment matters, safety obligations, disciplinary processes and professional advice required for their circumstances.
Intellectual property
The Steady Advantage name, original frameworks, written materials, training resources, maps and associated content may not be reproduced, republished, sold or used commercially without permission except where expressly agreed.
